How long does shipping take?
7–10 business days across India. We ship within 48 hours of your order. You'll get a tracking link via WhatsApp and email.
Can I return something if I don't love it?
Yes — easy 7-day returns on unused items with original tags. We'll arrange a pickup. No hard feelings, no long forms.
Are the colours exactly as shown?
We photograph everything in natural daylight and don't colour-correct. That said, screens vary — so if you want to confirm a shade before ordering, just WhatsApp us and we'll send a quick video.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We've shipped to 6+ countries so far. International orders take 15–25 business days. Customs duties, if applicable, are the buyer's responsibility.
Can I see a product before buying?
We can't do in-person viewings (yet!), but send us a WhatsApp message and we'll happily shoot a quick video of any product — different angles, in different light, whatever helps.
